Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email address, and sign-in provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple). If you sign in with Apple you may use a private relay email address.
• Content you provide — messages you send to assistants, documents and images you upload, voice recordings you submit for transcription, and tasks or records you create.
• Workspace data — the organization you belong to and your role in it, used to keep every customer's data isolated.
• Technical data — logs needed to operate and secure the service (timestamps, request identifiers, approximate usage volumes). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

• To provide the service: run your assistants, store your conversations and documents, and sync across your devices.
• To process your content with AI models. Model providers act as processors and are not permitted to train on your data.
• To send you service notifications you have enabled (in-app, push, email, or WhatsApp reminders).
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

• Camera and photo library — only to let you attach images to conversations. Nothing is accessed without your explicit action.
• Microphone — only to transcribe voice input you record. Recordings are used for transcription and are not used for identification.
• Notifications — optional, for reminders and assistant results.

We use a small set of subprocessors to run Eloquent: cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) for generating assistant responses, Stripe for billing, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform if you interact with us on WhatsApp. Each receives only what is necessary to provide their function.

• Your content is retained while your account is active so your workspace keeps working.
• You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app or by email. See Delete your account for the exact steps and for what is deleted or kept.

You can delete your Eloquent account — the Eloquent — Agent Workspace app, published by Eloquent Technologies — at any time, in either of two ways.

1. In the mobile app — open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
2. By email — write to privacy@elqnt.ai from the address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account. We confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your user record and profile — your name, email address, the sign-in identity that links you to Google, Microsoft, or Apple, your workspace membership and role, and your notification settings.
• Your registered push-notification devices, so the app can no longer reach you.
• Your ability to sign in. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — signing in again creates a new, empty account.

What is kept, and for how long

• Content inside a shared workspace stays with the organization that owns it. Documents, conversations, tasks, and records created in a team workspace belong to that organization rather than to your personal account, so that your colleagues' work does not disappear when you leave. Ask your workspace administrator to delete specific content or the whole workspace — or email us and we will delete any workspace you own.
• Billing records. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and cannot be removed on request.
• Security and operational logs. Kept for a limited period to prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the service secure, then deleted automatically.
• Backups. Deleted data can persist in encrypted backups until those backups expire on their normal rotation.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the GDPR or GCC data-protection laws), we honor those rights.

Eloquent is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated in the product.
