Terms of Service

Eloquent provides AI assistants and agent-powered workspaces: conversations, document processing, task management, and integrations with third-party tools. Features vary by plan and may evolve over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You can delete your account at any time in the mobile app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting us.

• You retain ownership of the content you submit — messages, documents, images, and records.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing, processing, and displaying your content to you and the teammates you share it with.
• We do not sell your content, and our AI model providers are not permitted to train on it.

Assistant responses are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice — legal, financial, tax, medical, or otherwise. Review important output before relying on it.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems or access another customer's data;
• resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement;
• upload content you have no right to share.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Trials convert or expire as described in the product. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform, with notice where practicable.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
